We use high-strength spring steel tubes. The core process is internal pressure-supported hot bending, preventing collapse/wrinkling during bending to maintain cross-section. Subsequent quenching/tempering and shot peening ensure properties. CAE optimizes wall thickness and diameter. Each Hollow Stabilizer Bar undergoes 100% NDT for defects.
