Jinghong Precision's Mold Guide Sleeves, also made from GCr15, undergo similar heat treatment and internal grinding/ as pins, ensuring optimal clearance fit for precise, chatter-free guidance. Beyond standard sleeves, we produce advanced self-lubricating guide sleeves with porous bronze impregnated with PTFE or graphite for lifelong lubrication, ideal for high-speed or clean molds. Ball guide sleeves offer low-friction rolling guidance for ultra-high precision/speed.
